Today, Attorney General Aaron Ford, Congresswoman Dina Titus, Assembly Majority Leader Sandra Jauregui, and Moms Demand Action Executive Director Angela Ferrell-Zabala kicked off the general election with a canvass launch in Nevada’s 1st Congressional District. The kickoff marked 45 days until Election Day as Democrats continue to reach voters facing an affordability crisis as housing and health care costs soar, and grocery and gas prices are sky-high under the Lombardo-Trump economy.

“Working Nevadans across Vegas, Reno, Minden, Elko, Pahrump, Mesquite, and everywhere else in our state are telling me the same thing: all they want is to be able to pay their bills and have enough cash left over to enjoy their lives instead of just surviving” said Attorney General Aaron Ford. “But right now, Nevada families are paying some of the highest prices in the nation for groceries, gas, housing, and health care, while Joe Lombardo sells them out to Trump’s ‘billionaire friends’ who are making everything more expensive. I’m running for Governor to fight for working Nevadans by lowering their costs and protecting their rights.”
